This Privacy Policy explains how GUTE Studio collects and processes personal data when you visit this website or submit a project enquiry. It is intended to provide the information required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Project enquiry data: name, email address, company or startup, project description, current development stage and selected service needs.
Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, referral source and interaction data collected through Framer’s hosting and analytics services.
Communications: information contained in emails or subsequent correspondence with us.
3. Purposes and legal bases
To review and respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and take steps at your request before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
To operate, secure and improve the website, understand aggregated usage and prevent misuse — our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
To comply with accounting, tax, legal or regulatory duties — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Where analytics requires access to or storage of information on your device, we rely on your consent under applicable ePrivacy rules and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Service providers, recipients and transfers
We use Framer to host this website, process form submissions and provide website analytics, and an email provider to receive and manage enquiries. These providers process personal data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. Depending on their infrastructure, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
5. Data retention
Enquiry and client information is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and afterwards only for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect legal claims. Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship will be reviewed and deleted or anonymised when they are no longer reasonably needed. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics service and should be configured to the shortest period compatible with the stated purpose.

The website may use essential technologies required for security, delivery and form functionality. It also uses analytics without advertising to understand website performance and usage.
